We’re all after recipes for easy weeknight dinners, but aren’t we all after recipes for easy desserts as well?! This Sweet Berry Skillet is made up of only 5 ingredients (not including the butter because that’s a freebie) and it’s so simple that after you’ve made it once, you’ll never need to look at the recipe again. Robby claimed this as one of his favorite recipes EVER! It’s decadent without being too sweet and perfect paired with a scoop of ice cream, gelato, or a dollop of fresh whipped cream.
