St. Patrick’s Day Recipes
March 15, 2022
March is usually when I start to long for spring and I’m ready to kiss winter goodbye. We also LOVE celebrating St. Patrick’s Day! Between our Irish descent and love of green, gold, and rainbows…our family was destined to celebrate this holiday.
Let’s be honest, I’m never opposed to embracing a reason to celebrate. Ollie is already looking forward to setting a leprechaun trap and I’m looking forward to surprising the kids with green milk! In addition to these silly traditions, I plan to map out a menu for the day that might even bring us some good luck!

If you’re planning to make corned beef, chances are that you’re doing it to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day. Whether you’re making it from scratch, or getting a little help from your local market, this is my favorite way to use the leftovers.
