St. Patrick’s Day Recipes
March 15, 2022
March is usually when I start to long for spring and I’m ready to kiss winter goodbye. We also LOVE celebrating St. Patrick’s Day! Between our Irish descent and love of green, gold, and rainbows…our family was destined to celebrate this holiday.
Let’s be honest, I’m never opposed to embracing a reason to celebrate. Ollie is already looking forward to setting a leprechaun trap and I’m looking forward to surprising the kids with green milk! In addition to these silly traditions, I plan to map out a menu for the day that might even bring us some good luck!
Rainbow Buddha Bowls
Grain bowl + amazing pops of color = a family meal that everyone can get excited about!
Corned Beef Breakfast Hash
If you’re planning to make corned beef, chances are that you’re doing it to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day. Whether you’re making it from scratch, or getting a little help from your local market, this is my favorite way to use the leftovers.
We just celebrated Pi Day at my daughter’s school and this was a hit! The green makes it a classic dessert in our family all March long!
Irish Soda Bread
Irish Soda Bread is surprisingly easy to make! It’s a really fun food tradition to incorporate each St. Patrick’s Day and super delicious. I always look forward to making it with my kids.
Baked Potato Chowder

Baked Potato Snack Board Supper
We love baked potatoes in our house! Whether they’re russset potatoes or sweet potatoes, putting together a simple snack board supper is a fun and easy way to serve a baked potato feast.
I had a blast making these waffles with my nieces out in Colorado. The fruits you have on hand will usually do the trick.
