Favorite Sliders to Feed a Crowd
April 22, 2021
It’s Time To WOW Your Crowd
With warmer weather in California we’re really looking forward to hosting family and neighbors outdoors. Sliders are always a go-to for me as they are so easy to piece together for a larger group meal. I can easily order everything I need in my weekly grocery delivery.
Here are a few of my favorite sliders to give you inspiration, not your traditional burger sliders but those are delicious too! I’d love to hear about your slider recipes. Share them with me over on instagram @KelseyNixon and we’ll get excited for Summer picnics together.

Sloppy Jane Sliders
What would you serve to Martha Stewart? Probably not a sloppy joes, right? Well, that’s exactly what I did on Food Network Star 10 years ago when I was a finalist. They are still a hit with the 3 little judges that live in my kitchen!
Instant Pot Shredded BBQ Chicken Sliders
BBQ season is fast approaching and if you are in a pickle these easy shredded sandwiches are sure to be the answer. The toppings are the real rockstar here, love this as a fix it and forget it meal.
Honey Baked Ham + Swiss Sliders
My favorite fast lunch option– These sliders come together quickly with leftover ham and a bit of sliced swiss. Toasty, savory, and filling! Perfect with a cup of Creamy Feta Tomato Soup.
Buffalo Blue Chicken Sliders
Is your family up for a little heat? These delicious sliders are the perfect combination of tingling spice and cool and creamy blue cheese dressing. Finger licking good finger food for a crowd!
Pulled Pork Sliders with Rainbow Slaw
Nothing says “summer” more than some Smoked Pulled Pork Sandwiches with Rainbow Slaw. This ultimate crowd-pleaser is perfect for big group dinners + family picnics. We used larger buns for the picture, but little Hawaiian rolls would be delicious!

Hi Kelsey! I just love you! I enjoy trying your recipes. Right now, I am on hold, cause I have been packing to move. Eating everything I can to clean out my freezer. I didn’t realize I had so many drumsticks. Any ideas. My ingredients are limited. LOL. Everything is packed. Thank you for your recipes and I just think your family is adorable. I hope Nora’s leg heals well. I will say a prayer.
