SIMPLE SLOPPY JOE’S

Ingredients
- 1 lbs ground beef
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 package hamburger buns
Instructions
- Heat a skillet to medium high heat and add your 1 lbs of ground beef. Brown the meat and drain excess grease if disired.
- Add 1/2 cup ketchup or tomato sauce to the skillet followed by 2 tablespoons of dijon mustard.
- Lastly, add the 2 tablespoons of brown sugar and stir to incorporate. Simmer for 5 minutes and serve on soft hamburger buns.
