SIMPLE SLOPPY JOE’S

Ingredients

  • 1 lbs ground beef
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 package hamburger buns

Instructions

  • Heat a skillet to medium high heat and add your 1 lbs of ground beef. Brown the meat and drain excess grease if disired.
  • Add 1/2 cup ketchup or tomato sauce to the skillet followed by 2 tablespoons of dijon mustard.
  • Lastly, add the 2 tablespoons of brown sugar and stir to incorporate. Simmer for 5 minutes and serve on soft hamburger buns.

  • I like serving these with wavy potato chips and creamy coleslaw.
