Ingredients

  • 1 (12-count) package Hawaiian slider rolls
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¾ cup shredded provolone cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
  • ½ cup pepperoni
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400° F.
  • Half lengthwise 1 pkg dinner rolls. Place the bottom rolls onto a nonstick sheet tray or line with parchment paper or foil. Top rolls with 1 cup marinara sauce, ¾ cup shredded mozzarella, ¾ cup shredded provolone, 2 tablespoons Parmesan, and ½ cup pepperoni.
  • In a small mixing bowl, combine 4 tablespoons melted butter, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1 teaspoon dried basil, and 1 teaspoon dried oregano.
  • Cover with the top rolls and evenly spread the garlic herb butter over the top. Cover with foil and transfer to the oven and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Remove the foil, top with remaining 2 tablespoons Parmesan and continue cooking for another 5 minutes until the cheese has melted and the tops are golden brown.
  • Brush with any remaining garlic butter, cut and serve immediately.
