  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¾ cup shredded provolone cheese
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese

  • 4 tablespoons butter melted

  • 1 pinch chili flakes optional

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400° F.
  • Place the bottom half of 1 package of halved dinner rolls onto a nonstick sheet tray or line with parchment paper or foil. Top rolls with 1 cup of marinara sauce, ¾ cup of shredded mozzarella, ¾ cup of shredded provolone, half of the parmesan cheese, and ½ cup pepperoni.
  • In a small mixing bowl, combine 4 tablespoons melted butter, 2 cloves of minced garlic (or 2 frozen garlic cubes), 1 teaspoon dried basil, and 1 teaspoon dried oregano.
  • Cover with the top rolls and evenly spread the garlic herb butter over the top. Cover with foil and transfer to the oven and cook for 10 minutes.
