pizza melt sliders

Ingredients
- 1 package hawaiian slider rolls halved lengthwise
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¾ cup shredded provolone cheese
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
- ½ cup pepperoni
- 4 tablespoons butter melted
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 pinch chili flakes optional
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400° F.
- Place the bottom half of 1 package of halved dinner rolls onto a nonstick sheet tray or line with parchment paper or foil. Top rolls with 1 cup of marinara sauce, ¾ cup of shredded mozzarella, ¾ cup of shredded provolone, half of the parmesan cheese, and ½ cup pepperoni.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine 4 tablespoons melted butter, 2 cloves of minced garlic (or 2 frozen garlic cubes), 1 teaspoon dried basil, and 1 teaspoon dried oregano.
- Cover with the top rolls and evenly spread the garlic herb butter over the top. Cover with foil and transfer to the oven and cook for 10 minutes.
- Remove the foil and continue cooking for another 5 minutes, until the cheese has melted and the tops are golden brown (watch closely).
- Brush with any remaining garlic butter, serve immediately.

- Serve the sliders with a caesar salad or a green salad.
