July 4th Decor Round-up
July 1, 2021
I love celebrating Independence Day with bright colors and flags! This year, I ended up keeping things pretty simple + traditional with flags in the front yard and a wreath on my door. Since there are so many Spring holidays to decorate for, these items don’t see a lot of outdoor time so we’ve had the same ones hold up well for years.

Wreath Hack
My secret is to keep the same greenery wreath up all Summer and add different ribbons and decorations depending on the holiday. For Ollie’s birthday in June I might add baseball cards from his favorite team and then swap them out for this red, white and blue ribbon. What is your go-to for Fourth of July Decor?

What I’ve been loving around the internet…
Because we usually are running around with friends and family for this holiday and not hosting ourselves, I wanted to share some of my favorite finds from other online creatives. My hope is to share the love and spark some creativity for this festive weekend. What are some of your favorite decor accounts to follow?

The House that Lars Built has the cutest bunting decor I’ve ever seen! I’m totally obsessed with the traditional flair on her adorable house. Check out her post here for more ideas on how to accomplish this look on your own!

Hadley Court recommends pulling out any red, white, or blue dinnerware and using that as a functional and beautiful table setting. I love the idea of keeping fresh berries out to continue the color scheme in your Fourth of July Decor! Check out this decor and more at Hadley Court’s website here.

If a more vintage theme fits your style, I love these touches of wood and ceramic from Beauty for Ashes. Check out their Independence Day post for more inspiration!

You know I’m a sucker for a themed party, and 100 Layer Cake-let knocks it out of the park with their Fourth of July Pastel Party for kids. The details and love that went in to this are total perfection. Be sure to check out her cupcake decorating skills and snack boards on her Backyard 4th post here!
