Grilled Peaches with Ice Cream + Honey

  • 4 ripe peaches, pitted and halved
  • Canola or vegetable oil
  • 8 large scoops vanilla bean ice cream
  • Honey, for finishing


Heat grill to medium heat.


Brush the peaches with oil and place on the grill for a few minutes and then rotate 90 degrees to continue to cook for about 3-4 minutes total grill marks appear and the fruit starts to caramelize.


Using tongs, remove from the grill and serve alongside a scoop of ice cream. Drizzle with honey just before serving.
