Green Smoothie

Green smoothies are full of nutrients, vibrant in both color and taste, and the perfect way to check off a few of your daily servings of fruits and vegetables.


  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach
  • 2 medium kiwi, peeled and quartered
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen green grapes
  • 1 granny smith apple, cored and quartered
  • 1 cup cubed fresh pineapple
  • 1 medium banana
  • 2 cups crushed ice



  1. Put the spinach, kiwi, grapes, apple, pineapple, banana, and ice in a blender. Blend until smooth.
