Green Smoothie

January 5, 2020

A tasty, healthy, and drinkable breakfast? Count me in! This green smoothie can be prepped and frozen the night before, and give you a boost with fruit & veggies.

Drink your Breakfast

I’ve always been a fan of a smoothie for breakfast. It’s quick, easy, and can be packed with all sorts of healthy ingredients to give your body a boost in the morning. This green smoothie is especially full of nutrients, vibrant in both color and taste, and the perfect way to check off a few of your daily servings of fruits and vegetables. You can pat yourself on the back for getting a serving of spinach or kale in before 8 AM.

Plus, they really do taste delicious—trust me! My favorite ingredients in this particular smoothie are the frozen green grapes, which give it great texture, and the kiwi, which adds a little unexpected acidity.

Blend it Up

A reliable blender is a kitchen must-have! I actively use a few different in my kitchen at home, but for smoothies, I love my Magic Bullet Blender. It is a good quality, compact option. You can see my full review for it here!
