I’ve always been a fan of a smoothie for breakfast. It’s quick, easy, and can be packed with all sorts of healthy ingredients to give your body a boost in the morning. Green smoothies are especially full of nutrients, vibrant in both color and taste, and the perfect way to check off a few of your daily servings of fruits and vegetables. You can pat yourself on the back for getting a serving of spinach or kale in before 8 AM. Plus they really do taste delicious—trust me! My favorite ingredients in this particular smoothie are the frozen green grapes, which give it great texture, and the kiwi, which adds a little unexpected acidity.
