It’s Back to School in the Kitchen
We’ve had such a fun Summer, full of dance lessons, skateboarding, and playing in our garden. I’m a little sad to have less time with the kiddos running around at home but I’m also using this season to get back into my work routine and with that comes regular weekly meal planning.
With Back to School time around the corner, here are my go-to sheet pan dinner recipes for a quick, easy, and mess-free meal! I plan at least one sheet pan meal every week for my family because I love the convenience (and the clean up) — what is your favorite sheet pan recipe?

This is our family’s FAVORITE way to eat chicken – coated in crunchy (slightly salty) pretzel crumbs. The dredge keeps the chicken super tender and the pretzels really pack a flavor punch!
Beef + Broccoli are a match made in heaven! This easy weeknight dinner is full of protein. Not to mention the green broccoli goodness and sticky-sweet garlic and ginger flavor. It’s a family favorite around here. No need for takeout!
One of my most popular recipes and for good reason! It’s simple to pull together, extra hearty and delicious, and a classic recipe that is loved by nearly EVERYONE. Oh and bonus…it’s a sheet pan dinner!
Nachos on a sheet pan has become one of our favorite family dinners. First, it’s quick: from start to finish, you can have dinner on the table in just 30 minutes. Second, it’s easy: there are literally three steps, and you can mix or match any toppings that your heart desires.
Not ready to give up Summer yet? Don’t worry, this tropical pork and coconut rice will help you hang on to the last of late nights by the fire pit with friends and family.
