Holiday menus can be so fun, but they can also feel overwhelming! I’ve rounded up my favorite recipes for pulling off the ultimate (yet still simple) Easter feast. I grew up in a home where we always had a Honey Baked Ham (my favorite is from Ina Garten) at the centerpiece and all of the cooking was focused on delicious sides and desserts. That’s the tradition I’ve carried on as well, use the slideshow below to enjoy some of my favorite Easter dishes!
Brunch or Dinner? Why not both!
Do you get everything prepared for an early Brunch or do you make everyone hold off until a special dinner? My kiddos love to hunt for eggs in the yard and then sit down for a big plate of Avocado Eggs and Bunny Waffles — What is your favorite Easter treat? Peanut Butter Eggs and Peeps always come to my mind, but my new favorite is this delicious Sheet Pan Carrot Cake.
With just some rearranging and a bit of fruit, you can serve your family a fun and sweet Easter Breakfast with these Bunny Waffles! You could easily get the kids in on the decorating and have them give their bunnies a personality.
My favorite fast lunch option– These sliders come together quickly with leftover ham and a bit of sliced swiss. Toasty, savory, and filling! My secret ingredient is the bright, fresh apples.
The best Sweet Pea Soup to celebrate Spring! Light, refreshing, and beautifully green. I think the thing I love most about this recipe is just how easily it comes together. It’s beautiful, bright green color is perfect for a springtime lunch and such a good compliment to a good hearty ham sandwich.

Carrot cake is a MUST for me on Easter. I look forward to the dessert every year. I find it easiest to make a sheet cake, especially if I’m hosting a crowd, but this recipe can also be adapted to a layer cake.
