Don’t Eat Too Much Candy…
Holiday menus can be so fun, but they can also feel overwhelming! I’ve rounded up my favorite recipes for pulling off the ultimate (yet still simple) Easter feast. I grew up in a home where we always had a Honey Baked Ham (my favorite is from Ina Garten) at the centerpiece and all of the cooking was focused on delicious sides and desserts. That’s the tradition I’ve carried on as well, use the slideshow below to enjoy some of my favorite Easter dishes!
Brunch or Dinner? Why not both!
Do you get everything prepared for an early Brunch or do you make everyone hold off until a special dinner? My kiddos love to hunt for eggs in the yard and then sit down for a big plate of Avocado Eggs and Bunny Waffles — What is your favorite Easter treat? Peanut Butter Eggs and Peeps always come to my mind, but my new favorite is this delicious Sheet Pan Carrot Cake.

With just some rearranging and a bit of fruit, you can serve your family a fun and sweet Easter Breakfast with these Bunny Waffles! You could easily get the kids in on the decorating and have them give their bunnies a personality.
Ham & Swiss Sliders
My favorite fast lunch option– These sliders come together quickly with leftover ham and a bit of sliced swiss. Toasty, savory, and filling! My secret ingredient is the bright, fresh apples.
Sweet Pea Soup
The best Sweet Pea Soup to celebrate Spring! Light, refreshing, and beautifully green. I think the thing I love most about this recipe is just how easily it comes together. It’s beautiful, bright green color is perfect for a springtime lunch and such a good compliment to a good hearty ham sandwich.
Ultimate Veggie Board
A classic vegetable snack board with three of my favorite dips. Play around with veggie combinations and find your families favorite dip using my tips and tricks. It’s always nice to have something to munch on while you finish up the rest of the food prep!
Deviled Eggs + Bacon
A yummy twist on this classic appetizer. These deviled eggs are salty, protein-rich, and delicious. No Easter brunch spread is complete without of tray of these guys, and boy do they go quick!
Avocado Scrambled Eggs
Knowing how to execute eggs perfectly is a sure sign of an excellent chef. So I take great pride in the way I cook my eggs! And I’m only a little OCD about it. For breakfast perfection, I like adding some diced avocado into my scrambled eggs.
Honey Glazed Carrots
I am a believer in a “wow” factor for every dish, and these Roasted Honey Glazed Carrots with Pistachios have just that. Deliciously springy and vibrant, these are sure to be the centerpiece of your Easter table.
Scalloped Potatoes Au Gratin
Warm and cheesy my scalloped potatoes au gratin are the perfect side dish for weeknight dinners and your special family gatherings. For an easy twist on the classic potato gratin, I turn to sweet potatoes, which I simmer in cream and broth, top with a little cheese, and bake until bubbly.
Carrot Sheet Cake
Carrot cake is a MUST for me on Easter. I look forward to the dessert every year. I find it easiest to make a sheet cake, especially if I’m hosting a crowd, but this recipe can also be adapted to a layer cake.
