- 1/2 head romaine lettuce, cut into ½-inch pieces
- 1/2 head Boston lettuce, cut into ½-inch pieces
- 8 ounces roasted turkey breast, chopped into ½-inch cubes (about 2 cups)
- 6 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled
- 2 avocados, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 4 vine-ripened tomatoes, seeded and cut into ½-inch cubes
- 3/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 2 large hard-boiled eggs, cut into ½-inch cubes
- Buttermilk Blue Cheese Dressing
- 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh chives
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the lettuces and toss with turkey, bacon, avocado, tomatoes, blue cheese, and eggs. Just before serving, pour the dressing over the salad and toss. Garnish with fresh chives.
