bowtie Caesar salad bowls

Ingredients
- 16 ounces farfalle pasta
- 1 caesar salad kit
- 1 pint grape tomatoes
- 1 lemon zest + juice
- 4 ounces diced pancetta crisped
Instructions
- Cook 16 ounces bowtie pasta according to package directions. Drain.
- Toss salad kit in a large serving bowl with 1 pint halved grape tomatoes, the zest and juice from a lemon.
- Crisp 4 ounces cubed pancetta in a dry skillet for a few minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Combine the tossed salad and cooked pasta. Finish by topping the salad bowl with the crisped pancetta on top.

- Pasta: Bowtie pasta can be swapped for any similarly shaped pasta like rigatoni, penne, or rotini.
- Salad kit: While I like using a Caesar salad kit, this also works great with any standard garden salad kit.
- Pancetta: Swap pancetta for crisped bacon.
