Prep Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 30 minutes
Servings: 4

  • 16 ounces farfalle pasta
  • 1 caesar salad kit
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes
  • 1 lemon zest + juice
  • 4 ounces diced pancetta crisped

  • Cook 16 ounces bowtie pasta according to package directions. Drain.
  • Toss salad kit in a large serving bowl with 1 pint halved grape tomatoes, the zest and juice from a lemon.
  • Crisp 4 ounces cubed pancetta in a dry skillet for a few minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  • Combine the tossed salad and cooked pasta. Finish by topping the salad bowl with the crisped pancetta on top.

  • Pasta: Bowtie pasta can be swapped for any similarly shaped pasta like rigatoni, penne, or rotini.
  • Salad kit: While I like using a Caesar salad kit, this also works great with any standard garden salad kit.
  • Pancetta: Swap pancetta for crisped bacon.
