BBQ Pulled pork sliders

Ingredients
- 32 oz. smoked shredded pork kirkland brand from Costco
- 1 cup bbq sauce sweet baby ray's
- 1 package hawaiian rolls
- 1 bag slaw mix no dressing for sliders
- 1/2 cup pickles diced
Instructions
- Follow package directions to heat the (32 oz.) smoked shredded pork with 1 cup BBQ sauce in a pan, bring to a simmer and toss to fully combine.
- Slice the package of rolls horizontally.
- To assemble, evenly spoon warmed pulled pork between 12-16 Hawaiian rolls (you may have extra pulled pork you can use for leftovers).
- Top rolls with shredded kale/slaw from 1 (12oz.) bag. Toss the remaining salad together with the dressing and serve on the side.
- Finally, evenly top sliders with diced or sliced pickles and serve warm.

- Serve the sliders with the rest of the mixed salad kit, grilled corn, chips, and fresh fruit like watermelon or grapes.
